Vienna is a beautiful city, rich in history and culture. Lately, it has also become a hotspot for vintage lovers. Over the past few years, a lot of vintage shops have opened their doors in Vienna and the city has become an important place to visit for those who love second-hand clothes. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I’m always looking for new places to shop for vintage clothes. If you’re planning to come to Vienna soon, I have a list for you!
Where shop vintage clothing in Vienna
Vienna is full of vintage and second-hand stores, but there’s one district that stands out. The 7th District, also known as the design district, is a great place to visit if you want to get lost in a maze of cool shops, cozy cafes, and delicious food. If you wish to have a walk and get surprised by what the district has to offer, feel free and go there!
Here I share with you some of my favorite shops where I always find something that I love:
If you are looking for cool and unique designer pieces, then you are in the right place! At Wolfmich, you will find pieces for women and men from Gucci, Balenciaga, YSL, Prada, Jacquemus, and more luxury brands with excellent prices and in good condition. Also, the atmosphere at the store is so cool. Don’t forget to go upstairs to find out more!
If you want to see more about the style and prices, you can check out this video I did when I visited them:
– Gumpendorfer Str. 51, 1060 Wien
There is something I love more than sustainable fashion and it is the social work that Humana does! With the net proceeds of the sales, they fund projects worldwide that give people in need the tools to help and support themselves.
Humana has stores all around Vienna and each one has a different style. But you will find many unique pieces whose prices are AMAZING for sure. I also recommend you follow them on Instagram to be up to date with their sales (which are huge).
If you want to see more, you can take a look at the video I took at their shop in Alserstrasse 41, 1080 Wien:
Cool, aesthetic, and classy. This is how I would describe Burgasse 24 if you ask me! Their store is huge and connected to a cafe so you have 2 in 1 😉 You will find from luxury and designer pieces to classic and elegant silhouettes. The shop is located in the heart of the 7th District full of hipster vibes.

Bootik 54 is another classic of the 7th Distric of Vienna. It may not say much from the outside but when you step into the shop you will get inmerse in another world full of style and good vibes. They have plenty of Levi’s jeans and trench coats… basics for the day to day with unbelieveable prices!

Another classic in the heart of the 7th District. But what has Retrochatz of different is that they sell their clothing per kilo price! Everything has a different color tag and each color is a price, so when you are there, there are weight balances all over the store so you can check their weight and you will know the price. No matter the brand or the material, the price is per kilo.
– Neubaugasse 69, 1070 Wien
Magic Oyster has a mix between second-hand pieces and vintage vibes (but new) clothing. If you want to travel back time then check them out! Femenine, classic and elegant garments waiting for you.
– Esterházygasse 21, 1060 Wien
